Refund and Returns Policy
Overview: Our refund and returns policy lasts for 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your gas product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Certain types of gas products are exempt from being returned, including items that have been used, damaged, or altered from their original state.
Return Process: If you need to return a gas product, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call us on 081 547 2425. Our team will assist you in initiating the return process and schedule a pickup at your convenience. Please have your invoice ready when you contact us.
Refunds Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
