Delivery Terms and Conditions

By using Siya Gas delivery services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Free Deliveries: Siya Gas offers free delivery services within a 10 km radius from Jukskei Park or Nietgedacht.
  • Same Day Delivery: Orders placed before 2 PM will be eligible for same-day delivery, unless there is a delivery of gas at the depot or a lack of stock.
  • Delivery Fees: Delivery fees may apply for locations beyond the 10 km radius. Please refer to our delivery fee schedule for more information.
  • Delivery Timelines: While we strive to deliver orders in a timely manner, delivery times may vary depending on factors such as traffic conditions and order volume.
  • Delivery Tracking: We offer delivery tracking services to allow customers to monitor the status of their deliveries. Tracking information will be provided upon request.
  • Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery during the scheduled delivery window.

Giveaway Terms and Conditions

By entering the Siya Gas Giveaway Competition, you agree to the following additional terms:

  • Eligibility: The competition is open to residents located within our delivery zones in South Africa. Employees of Siya Gas or Siyathembana Trading (PTY) LTD 233 and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  • Prize: One (1) R1000 gas voucher, redeemable online only via www.siyagas.co.za.
  • Usage: The gas voucher is not exchangeable for cash and is valid only for online purchases on the Siya Gas website.
  • Redemption: The winner will receive a digital voucher code via email or WhatsApp and must use it within 30 days of receipt.
  • Closing Date: The competition ends two (2) days from the date of the official announcement or as otherwise stated on promotional material.
  • Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random using a fair draw process and will be contacted directly via the contact details provided.
  • Location Limitation: Prize is valid only for deliveries within areas currently serviced by Siya Gas. If the winner is outside our delivery area, the prize may be forfeited or substituted at the discretion of Siya Gas.
