2.6 Local Device Storage (SQL / Offline Cache)

  • The app may store limited operational data in local SQL/offline storage on the device to support offline use and faster app performance.
  • This local cache can include temporary copies of account/session data, orders, route data, and app settings needed for app functionality.
  • Locally cached data is synchronized with our backend services when network connectivity is available.
  • Local data may remain on the device until it is refreshed, cleared by app processes, removed on logout where applicable, or removed when the app is uninstalled.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Create and manage user accounts and role-based access.
  • Schedule, optimize, and complete deliveries.
  • Manage customers, orders, invoices, and operational workflows.
  • Provide dispatch visibility, route status, and logistics coordination.
  • Enable offline functionality and local SQL caching for continuity of operations.
  • Maintain app security, prevent misuse, and detect fraud/abuse.
  • Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability/performance.

Local SQL/offline cache data on a user’s device may persist until synchronization, cache refresh, logout cleanup (where applicable), or app uninstall.
